About Me

I have been involved in the sport of running for the last twenty years as an athlete, coach, and fan of the sport. I have completed ten marathons and the marathon is my favorite event. I have a personal best of 2:29:19 at 2014 Boston Marathon. Although my proudest achievements have been finishing 38th overall at the 2012 Boston Marathon and 38th overall at the 2015 New York City Marathon. I never imagined finishing that high in those prestigious races but that is a testament that hard work does pay off!

I have also coached high school girls cross country/ track and field for six years. I am currently coaching athletes multiple athletes online. Whether you are a beginner, recreational runner, or a serious athlete I can help you achieve your goals. Running has given me so much joy in my life and I want to help others reach their goals.
